I was happy, the double room I booked came with bathroom, a very cozy bed, as for instance. Vintage furniture - let me feel at home. The staff were very friendly and especially helpful in the entire hotel.

The property's location was excellent, easy to walk to the main attractions. And it was also just off Florence on a budget, pretty much most of central Florence, and center of the city.

the hotel had a marvellous location very close to sant'apollonia. moreover, it was close enough to san lorenzo market and many other tourist attractions, central florence and the actual city center.

Would absolutely stay here again, the hotel met needs. All is nice, I had a nice trip. It has marvellous and lovely location for visiting a medieval cathedral.

I had DELIGHTFUL food for breakfast for an additional fee. Location: the hotel was next to supermarkets, restaurants, Accademia and the train station and the heart of the city.

Liked the place, had a really good stay of 2 to 3 nights. I asked for double room, it was well heated and charming little. The staff were especially helpful, overall.

The double room we stayed in was bright with a bathroom as well as WiFi. The location was super central, amazing mainly near to main sightseeings like Medici Palace or Duomo Santa Maria del Fiore.

The location was perfect - just minutes' walk to the center in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff, particularly Jenica, was incredibly helpful and provided excellent recommendations. Our room may not have had an en suite bathroom, but it had its own sink and basin for convenience. The charming rooms had all the amenities one would expect in a budget hotel, and possibly even more.

The setting was quite amazing within easy reach of an art museum.

The location of the hotel is simply great.

It was quite complicated to find the hotel. Our GPS wasn´t able to recognise the system of one-way streets. Parking was bad - we left our car 20 minutes from the hotel. We didn´t know that the breakfast wasn´t encluded.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had good facilities available, wifi, computer, washing. Nice lounge area near books and computer area. Felt very welcoming. Great location for sight seeing. Nice new bathrooms were very clean and obviously maintained well for people sharing bathroom outside their rooms.

The bed was smallish and a bit squeaky but we slept alright.

This place is very clean and the breakfast is reasonably priced at 5 EUR per person.

Staff was very nice and it was a nice clean room with cool decorations.

The decor was very tasteful and the rooms beautifully clean and spacious. The owners and staff were very helpful with their advice on anything you wanted to know.

In the rooms facing the street a little noise from the bar/restaurant putside.
